1. Collect
a variety of
questionnaires eg:
- customer
surveys from
big stores, fast food outlets,
- market research in town,
- Government
surveys sent to
parents etc).
2. Examine some
research-oriented ones, eg click my notes on these famous studies and
go back and dig out the research devices
There are
plenty of others listed here
3. Analyse them.
- What sort
of information are
they after?
- What sort
of questions do they ask?
- How are
they laid out?
- Which ones
seem easiest to fill in?
- What
counts as a good questionnaire?
